modifications, and in some cases have obtained principle reductions.
Great result have also been obtained when a state mandated
mediation was attended. However, state mandated mediations can only be requested when filed with the state of Nevada within the first thirty days after NOD (Notice of Default) has been responded - so make sure not to let this time period pass you by.
