Associate attorney spearheading the prosecution, defense, and management of over two hundred complex civil litigation cases in the fields of: business litigation, construction law, contract disputes, real estate disputes, insurance subrogation and appeals. Personally has a large book of business in insurance subrogation. Able to handle an extremely large case load. Currently acts as managing associate over two attorneys, two law clerks, and ten litigation secretaries/staff. Participates in all aspects of pre-trial litigation and trial, including but not limited to: drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and providing oral argument to the court at hearings and trial. Specialty is obtaining ex-parte temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in complex fast paced cases. Primarily practices in the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court and U.S. District of Nevada, Federal Court.

Researched and analyzed codes, statutes, case law, depositions and trial transcripts to draft motions in preparation for successful trials and settlements. Drafted complaints daily, citing several avenues for recovery. Prepared case-specific outlines highlighting potential witness inconsistencies to assist attorneys in taking depositions. Regularly participated in review of cases and potential avenues of litigation with clients.


Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office May 2003-August 2003 Jackson, Michigan

Assistant prosecuting intern handling district and juvenile court. Conducted countless preliminary exams, bench trials, and three jury trials for an assortment of cases with little to no supervision. Composed five appellate briefs on various issues dealing with parental termination rights, premeditation, sentencing guidelines, and the Michigan Court Rules.
